After a successful run in the mortgage industry the market crash of 2008 allowed Bobby to go pursue his passion for entertainment. For years Bobby had been acting and recording music and the crash gave him the perfect excuse to pursue his passion. He gained valuable skills and accolades in entertainment but when he felt that his passion did not align with his passion for financial freedom he entered the branding and marketing industry. After gaining valuable branding skills he decided to give the real estate industry a second run as a Realtor. Bobby quickly took off and became a top producer and influencer in his brokerage. His broker at the time Gil Ramos tasked Bobby with creating a coaching program for agents and The Talent Development Program (TDP) was born. The program was a huge success and continues till this day with a group of top level coaches put together by Gil and Bobby.
