The doors are officially open for the new Steam Dumpling restaurant in Katy.

On the menu

The menu features numerous dumpling options, including:

  • Lamb shao mai
Beyond dumplings, guests can also feast on various chef specials, including salt and pepper shrimp, stir fried spring beans, and noodle soups such as wide hand-pulled noodles and dan dan noodles, according to the menu. The restaurant also offers chow mein and fried rice with a choice of meat.
