A new American restaurant has hit the dining scene in League City.

Two-minute impact

Durb's Restaurant officially opened to the public in mid-January at Meadow Parkway and FM 518. According to a post from the business' social media account, the eatery is locally-owned and is currently open from 11 a.m.-8 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.

Its menu features dishes such as a smash burger with two patties, bacon, cheese and caramelized onions; chicken and sausage gumbo with white rice and buffalo chicken dip. Desserts from Durb's include a loaded cake waffle or pistachio cake. There are menu options for children as well.

Per the business' Facebook page, the menu is preliminary and subject to change.
