International franchise Cold Stone Creamery opened a location in Fulshear.

On the menu

The location offers handcrafted ice cream prepared on frozen granite, custom ice cream cakes and cupcakes, ice cream sandwiches, shakes, sorbet, and other items for pickup or delivery, according to the website.

From the owner

The Fulshear shop, situated in the Cross Creek Plaza, is owned by franchisee Nyra Megahed, who moved from Egypt.

“Cold Stone ice cream starts with using the highest quality ingredients and ends with our signature process of preparing a custom creation on a frozen granite stone,” Megahed said in an emailed statement. “We consider ourselves to be in the people business, making ice cream that each customer dreams up with the wildest of imaginations.”
