A Burger King is slated to open at The Woodlands Mall during the third quarter of the year, said Ali Phillips, manager of public relations and social media for the mall.

Founded in 1954, Burger King is the second-largest fast food hamburger chain in the world, according to its website. The fast food chain offers hamburgers, sandwiches, fries, kids' meals and apple fries.
